What would you do with a burlap coffee sack?
No, seriously. Tell me! Because it's giveaway time!
It's been a long time since I've done a giveaway on here, because, well, there have been a few things going on at our house. But, the time has come, and now you can win one of these bags! They're from a local wholesale coffee roaster, and each one measures about 2'x3' (ish).
You have up to three opportunities to enter (do all three if you like!):
1. Leave a comment saying which of the three bags you'd like to have AND what you'd do with it
2. Follow this blog via Google Friend Connect and leave a comment saying so
3. Share the giveaway on your blog, and leave a comment here with a link to the blog
I'll randomly choose a winner on Tuesday, January 29th.
I might hang the Guatemala one in my office... but not the Brazilian or Sumatran one ;-).
ReplyDeleteThe Cafes Do Brasil would look awesome as an art piece over our coffee bar in the kitchen. Plus it would nicely round out the on-going gift for my hubby for his coffee station!
ReplyDelete#1 reason-Love stuff like this, but the country I live in is totally not cool enough for it. #2I think the Guatemala or Brasil ones would look super cool in my kitchen or dining room. #3 I'll be in America next week and would qualify to enter your giveaway! :) #4 If my sister wins one too you could just send them in the same envelope because we'll be TOGETHER in Nashville SOON!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI'd make a throw pillow with it. I'm into cool throw pillows right now. would prefer the Brazilian one, since Tim's been there.
ReplyDeleteI would probably brainstorm all sorts of sewing projects (pillow, seat cushion for a bench, wrap strips around jars fill with coffee beans and tea light...), but realistically it would end up as the new storage container for A's blocks (maybe add a drawstring to close it) in my continuing effort to de-plasticafy her toys. :) In that case, I think the one on the right looks most construction-like and looks bigger.
ReplyDeleteI just mentioned your giveaway on my blog: http://thestrategichomemaker.wordpress.com/.
ReplyDeleteOk, as I won one of the last give-aways, I wasn't even going to compete... but now it sounds like Sara Beth has put me up to it.
ReplyDeleteI would definitely not use just ONE of these coffee bags. But if Sara Beth won TWO of them, I would steal both and use them to pit my nieces and nephews against each other in a friendly family-reunion sack-race-off.
Solid gold.
Oh. And you should hand deliver them to Nashville and be the race judge. I'd be biased and so would Sara Beth. So we need you.

ReplyDeletecheck out the pillowcover....4th photo down. Makes for a cute outdoor decor pillowcover
I love my sister. I mean seriously? who wouldn't? Cat Norman is the coolest kid in school.
ReplyDeleteI'm from Brazil and I would LOVE to hang the "Cafe do Brasil" one with a nice rustic frame in my new kitchen in my newlywed home!
ReplyDeleteI must add that my husband (so good to call him husband!) loves coffee!! It would be perfect! I hope I win it! P.S.: I'm only interested in the Brazilian one, so the other 2 can go to other of your friends. :)
ReplyDeletethe middle one! i'd either frame it or keep our recycling bags in there. :)
ReplyDeleteOoo, ooo, the Brazil bag. No, wait, the one on the right. No, the Brazil. I like both of them a lot. What would I do with it? First, keep it on my kitchen table for a month while I think of ideas: framing? pillow case? a bag for toys, maybe puzzle pieces? Then I would finally make up my mind. These are cool bags.
ReplyDeleteAnd I followed you on Google Friend Connect. But I was already following you on my Google Reader! I guess this makes it official. :)
